Frequently Asked Questions

All listed items are brand new and come directly from the Record Labels or, in some cases, directly from the bands. All of our items are either sealed or wrapped in plastic. We can assure you that all our items are new and unplayed.

If you should have any further concerns about the state of the items, simply send us an email and we’ll answer it in hope to answer your question as soon as possible.

The shown album cover / product image does not necessarily show the actual product. In some cases we use digitally created preview images, in other cases we may have simply added a wrong image to the product. Errare humanum est. When looking for a specific version of an album, rather rely on the product’s description than the image.

Even though we hide out of stock items from our catalogue, it may happen that you stumble upon items that we have no longer in stock. These items are marked as such and therefore cannot be ordered. It may, however, be possible that we restock these items at a later point, so make sure to follow our distro updates in our news feed.

Since we are selling our items on concerts and festivals as well, it may from time to time happen that certain out of stock items are not yet marked as such in our webshop when you order them. When this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then cancel and refund your order or offer you a substitute item of the same value.

During the checkout process you can choose the unregistered shipping option. If you choose this option, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking code nor information regarding the status of the shipment/delivery. Once your package has left our office and has been handed over to the post office, Immortal Frost Productions is no longer responsible for any loss or damage.

If you are worried that your package may not arrive or if you had any negative experiences with your local post offices, we recommend you to use the registered shipping option so we can track your package when the shipment is taking too long.

During the checkout process you can choose the registered shipping option. If you choose this option, we will provide you with your tracking code once your package has left our office and has been handed over to the post office. This tracking code enables you to follow the package’s current status and to track its way from our house to its destination.

If you are worried that your package may not arrive or if you had any negative experiences with your local post offices, we recommend to use this shipping option.

On top of Registered Shipping we also provide the option to add a Shipping Insurance to your order. Shipping insurance will cover the total value of your package (not only the shipping cost) in case it gets lost during delivery.

Add the correct product according to your region to your order to benefit from this insurance. Please note that we cannot reimburse your order value if your parcel gets lost and you have not opted for the correct insurance.

Once you have placed your order, we will make sure to process your order as soon as possible. It may happen, however, that we are currently on tour or selling on festivals/concerts during the time of your order, which can lead to a short delay. Normally your order will be processed and shipped out in a couple of days.

The exact shipping time depends on your location. We can not provide any exact times, as the time depends on too many factors that are out of our hands, e.g. the handling of the package by customs offices or local post offices.

Please be aware that international orders, especially from overseas, may take up to a couple of weeks to arrive. We recommend choosing a registered shipping option in order to be able to check the status of your package.

We accept several payment methods. Our standard gateway for international orders is Credit Card Payments. For the countries of the European Union it is also possible to pay by bank transfer.
